1. Definitions
- CasaMio: the mobile app and website for managing vacation rentals.
- User: any natural or legal person using the Service.
- Service: all functionality offered through CasaMio.
- Account: the User's personal profile within the Service.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements between CasaMio and the User. By using the Service you agree to them. Changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
3. Use of the Service
The User is responsible for lawful use, securing credentials, and GDPR-compliance with guest data. Not permitted: illegal activity, unauthorised access, or harvesting data from other users.
4. Community rules
Inside chat, CasaMio applies zero tolerance for hateful, abusive, threatening or harassing content. Offenders are removed from the platform. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
5. Subscriptions and pricing
CasaMio is free for one property. Premium costs โฌ9.99/month or โฌ99/year for unlimited properties, iCal sync, mailings, statistics and exports.
Subscriptions can be purchased in two ways:
- Via the website (verhuuragenda.nl): payment via Mollie โ iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay as a payment method, etc. Renewal via recurring billing.
- Via the iOS app (Apple App Store): payment via Apple In-App Purchase. Renewal via Apple's automatic renewal under Apple's Standard EULA.
Both channels provide access to the same Premium functionality and pricing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
6. Payments
Prices are in euro, including VAT where applicable.
Web payments: processed via Mollie. Invoices are emailed and available in your account overview. For refunds or billing questions: info@verhuuragenda.nl.
App Store payments: processed via Apple. Apple handles billing, payment processing and refunds via Apple's policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). These purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard EULA in addition to these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All rights in the Service (software, design, logos, documentation) belong to CasaMio. The User receives only a limited usage right for the duration of the subscription.
8. Data and privacy
CasaMio processes personal data per the Privacy Policy. The User remains the owner of their own data and can always export it.
9. Availability
CasaMio aims for 99.5% annual uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
10. Liability
CasaMio is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or lost profit. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months prior.
11. Termination
The User can cancel any time.
- Web subscription: cancel via your account settings on verhuuragenda.nl. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- App Store subscription: cancel via iOS Settings โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
CasaMio may suspend an Account for breach of these terms or non-payment.
12. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
