Yes, for one property. Premium costs €9.99/month or €99/year and unlocks unlimited properties, iCal sync, mailings, statistics and exports.
Accommodations tab → + → choose "With the wizard" for guided setup or "Manual entry" for the full form. Photos can be added afterwards.
Yes, via iCal URLs. Open the property → Edit → iCal connections → paste URLs from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or other platforms. CasaMio syncs automatically and prevents double bookings.
Long-press the message → "Report message" → pick a reason. We review reports within 24 hours and remove inappropriate content immediately.
Yes, with Premium. Settings → Team → + creates a team member with their own login. Per person you set a role and tick exactly which menus they see.
Modules are features like mailings, statistics, cleaning, etc. Not using one? Settings → Modules → switch off. The bottom nav stays uncluttered. Your data is preserved.

Yes. CasaMio expanded from the Netherlands to all of Europe. Bookings, currencies and date formats adapt automatically based on your location.
CasaMio runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later. A web version is in development.
Account & pricing
Yes, for one property. Premium costs €9.99/month or €99/year and unlocks unlimited properties, iCal sync, mailings, statistics and exports.
Via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → CasaMio → Cancel Subscription. Premium features stay active until the end of the current period.
All payments go through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple supports credit card, iDEAL, SEPA and all major European methods via your Apple ID.

Yes, you can upload unlimited photos per property. The first one becomes the cover automatically. Tap the × icon in the top right of any photo to remove it.
Bookings & calendar
Yes, via iCal URLs. Open the property → Edit → iCal connections → paste URLs from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or other platforms. CasaMio syncs automatically and prevents double bookings.
Bookings tab → +. Pick property, guest (or new guest), check-in and check-out. Price is calculated automatically by season. Fill in status (inquiry, option, confirmed) and source.
Define multiple periods per season type (low, mid, high) via Settings → Seasons. Per property you set a weekly price per season. CasaMio applies the right season per night when calculating a booking.
Guests & guest portal
Each booking gets a unique PIN. The guest opens CasaMio → Guest → enters last name + PIN. No account creation needed.
Their booking details, WiFi and alarm code, arrival and house rules, chat with the host, and payment status. No access to your bookkeeping or other guests.
Chat & safety
Long-press the message → "Report message" → pick a reason. We review reports within 24 hours and remove inappropriate content immediately.
Yes. Open the chat → overflow menu (top right) → "Block guest". The guest can no longer send messages and the thread closes on both sides.
Yes, if you granted permission on first install. Not receiving them? Check iOS → Settings → Notifications → CasaMio.
Cleaning & maintenance
After every check-out (own or via iCal) CasaMio auto-creates a cleaning task. Tick it off when done. Manual tasks (mid-stay clean, spring clean) can be added via +.
Maintenance tab → +. Give a title, priority, link a property. Tick off when done. Photos and notes can be attached.
Team members & roles
Yes, with Premium. Settings → Team → + creates a team member with their own login. Per person you set a role and tick exactly which menus they see.
Manager (everything), Employee (bookings + guests + cleaning), Cleaner (cleaning and calendar only) and Read-only (view, no changes). You can deviate per member via Menu rights.
Unlimited with Premium. Team management is not available on the free tier.

Premium feature: Settings → App name → enter your own brand. The name shows in the login screen and guest app. The iOS icon remains "CasaMio".
Privacy & data
On servers within the EU. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Fully GDPR-compliant.
Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Or Settings → Delete account. Irreversible — export your data first if you want a backup.
Yes. Settings → Export data generates an Excel with 6 tabs (profile, properties, bookings, guests, maintenance, payments). A separate revenue export is also available.
